Notice Regarding Florida Practice Status and Administrative Records

Prospective clients should be aware that the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has historically maintained that its review of over 20,000 public atmospheric complaints found no official evidence of state-sponsored weather modification. The GeoFight coalition's legal investigation rejects this conclusion. The coalition is currently in the pre-suit intake and evidentiary development stage. Under Florida legal frameworks, forthcoming actions are being developed under Florida tort law—specifically targeting localized nuisance, property, and environmental impacts affecting communities surrounding Florida airports and flight paths.
