The Fight

The Litigation.
Holding Them Accountable.

Three law firms and a coalition of scientists are building the largest coordinated legal action against geoengineering in American history. Evidence compilation and plaintiff recruitment are underway.

Legal Strategy

Establishing Causation

Our expert coalition provides laboratory analysis of rainwater, soil, and air samples documenting elevated concentrations of aluminum, barium, strontium, and sulfur dioxide. This data is paired with peer-reviewed research linking these contaminants to documented health outcomes.

Legal Arguments

We pursue legal arguments and state common law theories asserting that atmospheric programs conducted without informed public consent violate fundamental rights under both federal and state law, including bodily autonomy, environmental protection, and the right to clean air and water.

Regulatory Accountability

We challenge the absence of environmental impact assessments, public comment periods, and regulatory oversight that should precede any program releasing chemicals into the atmosphere at scale. The lack of transparency itself constitutes a violation of existing environmental law.

Key Milestones

2024

Tennessee passes first U.S. anti-geoengineering law, establishing state-level precedent

2025

Florida signs SB 56 (Ch. 2025-157) making geoengineering a third-degree felony

2025

Multiple states throughout the United States engage in passing laws making geoengineering illegal

2025

Wiley publishes peer-reviewed review linking aluminum aerosols to Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and MS

2026

The GeoFight legal coalition formally established with three lead law firms

The Contaminants

Four chemicals have been identified in environmental sampling associated with atmospheric programs: sulfur dioxide, aluminum, barium, and strontium. Peer-reviewed research and government toxicological profiles have associated each with adverse health effects at certain exposure levels.
