Donation Policy

1. Tax-Exempt Status

The GeoFight is an initiative of 4GFC, a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Donations made to 4GFC through this website are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. 4GFC's Employer Identification Number (EIN) is available upon request. Donors will receive a receipt or acknowledgment letter for their records as required by IRS regulations.

2. Use of Funds

All donations support the mission of 4GFC and the GeoFight initiative. Contributions are used at the discretion of organizational leadership for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Legal preparation, evidence compilation, and federal court filing costs
• Expert witness retention and scientific consultation
• Independent laboratory testing of soil, water, and air samples
• Public education, community outreach, and awareness campaigns
• Website development, hosting, and operational overhead
• Administrative costs necessary to sustain the organization's mission

Donations do not guarantee that litigation will be filed or that any specific legal, research, or advocacy action will be taken. Fund allocation is determined by organizational leadership based on strategic priorities and available resources.

3. No Quid Pro Quo

Donations are voluntary charitable contributions. A donation does not entitle the donor to influence the organization's research priorities, legal strategy, advocacy positions, or operational decisions. Donors do not receive goods or services in exchange for their contributions unless explicitly stated (e.g., event tickets), and the fair market value of any such benefit will be disclosed in accordance with IRS regulations.

4. Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorized transaction), you may contact us within 30 days at info@forgodfamilycountry.org. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 4GFC. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Recurring Donations

If you elect to make a recurring (monthly) donation, your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us at info@forgodfamilycountry.org or through your Givebutter account settings. Cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled charge. No partial-month refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

6. Payment Processing

Donations are processed by Givebutter, a third-party payment platform. 4GFC does not store or have access to your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details. All payment information is handled by Givebutter in accordance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. By making a donation, you also agree to Givebutter's terms of service and privacy policy.

7. SMS & Email Marketing Consent

By making a donation through this website, you consent to receive transactional communications from Givebutter on behalf of 4GFC, including donation receipts, confirmations, and account notifications.

You may also opt in to receive marketing communications from 4GFC and The GeoFight, including updates about the legal action, events, impact reports, and calls to action, via email and/or SMS.

• SMS: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Email: You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email.

8. Donor Privacy

4GFC respects donor privacy. We will not sell, trade, or share donor personal information (including name, address, email, phone number, or donation amount) with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Donor information may be shared with service providers (such as payment processors and CRM systems) solely to process donations and maintain donor records. 9. Anonymous Donations

We accept anonymous donations. However, for donations exceeding $250, federal tax law requires the donor to obtain a written acknowledgment from the organization in order to claim a charitable deduction. Anonymous donors who wish to claim a deduction should contact us to arrange appropriate documentation.

10. Compliance

4GFC complies with all applicable federal and state charitable solicitation laws. Financial statements and Form 990 filings are available upon request. This policy is subject to change; the current version will always be posted on this page.
